These terms cover your use of FORMED. FORMED is a product of TNT Cyber Solutions LLC, and that company is who you are agreeing with. Using the app means accepting them.
What you get
A license to use the app on devices you own, for your own enjoyment. The ladder is free to play, for ever, with no cap on how many levels you may solve.
Subscriptions
Unlimited is sold as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency before you buy.
An auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each period, and the renewal is charged to the account you bought it with, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
A lifetime purchase is a single charge and does not renew.
Coins and streak freezes
Coins and streak freezes are consumable items used inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies — we have no power to refund them. Purchases made on the web through Stripe can be refunded by writing to info@formedlabs.co.
Fair play
Do not attempt to manipulate the leaderboards, automate play, or interfere with other players. We may remove an account from a league, or close it, for doing so.
The puzzles
The grids are generated procedurally and the clue corpus is our own work. You may share your own results, including the grid-shape summary the app produces. Please do not scrape or redistribute the clue corpus.
No warranty, and limits
The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will never lose data or never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States.
